Mary Jo works one-on-one with executives and professionals to provide support in the areas of leadership development, relationship-building, problem-solving, and management skills. Mary Jo partners with clients to identify their strengths and gaps that need to be addressed to reach their goals.  She works with clients to build coaching plans designed to help them increase their self-awareness, enhance communication, practice new behaviors and build their confidence. Mary Jo provides clients with a confidential and neutral sounding board to discuss challenges and opportunities in a safe environment, meeting the client where they are.

Through a one-on-one, confidential relationship, clients build awareness of their strengths, opportunities, and weaknesses while developing new strategies, skills, and behaviors to achieve their goals and enhance performance.
