Mary Jo is a Human Resources executive and strategist, ICF certified coach, and educator with over 25 years of experience leveraging strategic human capital capabilities to maximize resources, add value, and deliver results by achieving sustained improvements in organizational performance.   Mary Jo is an executive coach passionate about people, organizational change, and innovation.  Strengths include workforce planning, talent acquisition, leadership development, organizational design and culture development.

 

Mary Jo is adjunct faculty at St. Francis University and previously served as adjunct faculty at the University of Illinois at Chicago educating future public health leaders in human capital strategies.  Mary Jo graduated with a Bachelor of Liberal Arts and Sciences degree in Psychology from the University of Illinois at Chicago and obtained a Master’s in Organizational Leadership from Lewis University.  Mary Jo is certified in health care human resources (CHHR) and strategic HR business partner (sHRBP).
